About the Programme
This one year Post Graduate programme is an innovative initiative that has a clear objective focusing on preparing new generation leaders for creating/managing NGOs professionally. The programme is an outcome of practical and validated model implemented by ICECD over the last 27 years in India and many developing countries. It has evolved innovative and result oriented approaches and tools for empowering NGOs.
The specific objectives of this programme are to:

Develop knowledge and skills required for a well managed, people oriented Non-government organization.

Help in understanding and planning need based innovative development programmes, creating wider impact for disadvantaged group at a sustainable level.

Facilitate NGOs to contribute effectively in the social, economic and political empowerment of the underprivileged.

Help adopt good governance and build institutional capabilities for NGO management and growth.
